Jason Gorman
Realtor/Team Leader

Rated among the top 1% of Keller Williams agents internationally, Jason recognizes and respects the expectations his clients have for themselves and their families in part because he has similar expectations for his own family.  As his family grows, that commitment becomes more important.  Jason and his wife Gina have been blessed with four children. In addition to being with his family, Jason enjoys golfing, boating, hunting and fishing.  Each year he takes trips with his wife and kids to a friend’s resort in Canada and goes on hunting trips around the region.  He is also a die-hard Minnesota Vikings fan.


Becky Padelford
Listing Specialist

Becky has been in the real estate industry since 2000. She began as an assistant to Jason and has since been in a variety of roles with the team which include the team manager, Shortsale manager, Listing specialist, Buyer specialist and executive assistant to Jason. This has provided her a wide range of experience and expertise in these areas. Becky currently resides in Maplewood. She leads a busy life. She is married and has 4 kids. Her kids are involved in many activities including Dance at Larkin, Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer for Woodbury. Becky loves helping people find a new place to call home. 


Mark Sheeser

Mark Sheeser is a tireless worker who understands the importance of exceeding clients’ expectations.  Mark has built a long successful career in corporate sales with over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 1,000 clients like Best Buy, Target, Samsung Electronics, 3M and Medtronic to name a few.  Mark has successfully branded himself as an individual with tenacity, commitment to excellence, and has a keen understanding of the negotiation process.  Most importantly however, is his strong vow to customer service and exceeding his clients’ expectations.  As a result, his customers remain loyal and know they have a strong advocate who will deliver the desired results. Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Mark has spent his entire life enjoying all of the wonderful offerings of the great state of Minnesota.  He spent his early years growing up in South Minneapolis then moved to the suburbs where he called Roseville and Shoreview home.  After graduating from Totino Grace high school in Fridley, Mark attended the University of Minnesota and received his BA in Sociology.  Sales has always been his passion and embarked on a long successful corporate sales career.  He has traveled extensively throughout the United States but nothing quite compares to Minnesota.  When not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Shelagh and 5 kids at their Woodbury home or cabin in Frederic, WI.  He enjoys coaching Woodbury baseball and soccer and is very involved in his parish and children’s’ school, Transfiguration in Oakdale.


Sue Ferrell

Joni Szybatka

Joni Szybatka grew up in Lake Elmo, MN and attended the University of Minnesota as well as Century College where she received a degree in Interior Design. She has worked in the Real Estate Industry for 8 years doing everything from staging houses to administrative work. She currently works as a Buyer Specialist. She enjoys taking pictures, boating and spending time at family cabins. She currently lives in Woodbury with her husband Scott and daughters, Maci (7) and Kami (5) and Lexi (1)



Dave Grim

Nita Whiting

Nita joined the Jason Gorman Team with an abundance of experience; from receiving her Real Estate license in 1987 to a Licensed Executive Assistant. Nita has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about Real Estate and helping people with this important stage in their lives. Her ultimate goal is to give exceptional customer service and to be a part of a team that loves Real Estate. Nita strives every day to make the experience of Real Estate transaction as smooth and rewarding as possible for our clients.


Tom Morrow
Buyer Specialist

Tom has been involved in many aspects of real estate for the past ten years.  He has worked closely with his father to grow their family business that specializes in investment real estate. Tom’s employment with the company started off working the “lawn crew” (mowing yards, remodeling homes, etc.) and has grown into what it is today: negotiating real estate deals and managing properties.  Due to his exposure to all aspects of homeownership, Tom is a valuable asset when searching for a new home. He provides a unique perspective that will ensure the home you purchase is a solid investment for your future. Tom grew up in Afton, MN.  After graduating from Hill-Murray, he went to play hockey for BostonUniversity.  It was there that he received a B.S. in Business Management.  Upon graduation Tom moved to Germany to continue his professional hockey career.  After a thrilling season traveling throughout Europe, Tom returned to the U.S. and spent the next few years playing in Southern California and Michigan.  Now retired from hockey, Tom has discovered a new passion for selling houses.  When he is not hard at work you can find him on his road bike or spending time on the lake. Tom is a hard-working and client-focused realtor.  His primary goal is to find his clients a home that is not only a perfect fit for their lifestyle, but a sound investment for their future. 


Mark Singer

Mark has been involved with homes for over 25 years. He started with Andersen Windows moving around the country for 13 years before coming back to Stillwater in 2000. When the housing boom started in the early 2000’s he worked for Pella Windows and started selling Real Estate. He worked with many builders, investors, and homeowners to help them connect the right homes and materials.  Mark believes windows are one of the most important features of a home because they affect the exterior view, interior view, let natural light in and you have a window in almost every room of your home. To keep his window knowledge up to date he continues his connection with Kolbe Windows and Doors out of Edina. You may also see him on a hockey rink or baseball field in Woodbury coaching one of his three children.  Mark works with all types of buyers who want help through the Real Estate process. In fact, he had his best year in Real Estate in 2012. He blends his knowledge of Homes, the TwinCities and current Real Estate to make sure you get a wonderful experience.


Jared Gruett

Jared grew up in Minneapolis and has lived in Woodbury with his wife Sara and their 4 children since 2006. He has been involved in building, buying, managing and selling commercial and residential real estate for over 15 years. He recently negotiated the successful sale of his primary business interest to a nationwide consolidator and turned his full time efforts towards working with real estate buyers at The Jason Gorman Real Estate Team.  He does not consider himself to be a salesman. Rather, he considers himself to be a consultant. Says Jared " I am not emotionally attached to the deal or any particular property. My one and only concern is that the buyer has exceptional representation and is steered away from the many pitfalls that can arise during any real estate transaction. Whether my clients buy this week or 2 years from now, I really don't care. My only concern is that the experience and service I provide convinces them to feel comfortable using my services every time they buy or sell real estate for the rest of their lives."
